Protection of personal data
Ghent University will use your personal details to record your registration and to contact you if necessary.
Objectives
We will only use your details within the EUMAINE Consortium for administrative purposes of the project. We will by no means communicate your details to non-involved third parties, nor will we use these details or allow them to be used for commercial purposes.
If you are proposed by the EUMAINE Consortium for a scholarship, put on the reserve list or enrolled as a self-sponsored student your data may be used for the purposes of evaluating the Erasmus Mundus programme and will be made available to the Agency, the EM National Structures, the EU delegations and the Erasmus Mundus Student and Alumni Association, acting as stakeholders of the programme.
